– Responsible for the phone service and incoming mails
– Managing office supplies: Stationery, Hygiene articles and Kitchen Supplies (Order/Delivery/Payments)
– Invoice management : for all the bills originating from Leonberg (Office supplies)
– Managing Office Afterworks or Team events
– Coordinating with the other company locations regarding the acquisition of material (computers, screens, etc.)
– Supporting cost planning and control of all office-related costs
– Car Leasing/Rental: managing with Admin team and the consultants
– Receiving candidate visits
- supporting HR VPs with drafting documents like job advertisements
- Sourcing of new candidates
