Antaes is a professional services company that specializes in information technology (IT) services and consulting.

With offices in Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong and France, we have more than 250 consultants who share and bring our passion for technology and consulting to our partners.

In order to join us in the development of our presence in the German speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking for a Business Manager to join our Zurich office.

Joining the adventure also means regular activities and specially dedicated events along the year.

You will get the chance to work with a wide range of clients, such as life science, digital, banking or industrial.

Your missions :

As a business manager you act as an entrepreneur, you build up your customer base and team of consultants in order to contribute to the success of the office.

  • With the support of our team of Talent acquisition specialists, you are 100% involved in the recruitment process, from the first contacts to the start of the new consultants.
  • You actively contribute to the development of our strategic activities in Switzerland, as well as to the development of the company as a whole.
  • You are in charge of prospecting for new development opportunities, acquiring new customers, managing and working on the retention of your customer portfolio.
  • Once you are ready, you will manage the teams of consultants working in your area, in terms of follow-up, career management, repositioning etc…
  • You represent and spread the Antaes culture by organizing regular meetups or events with your team.
  • For all these tasks, you are not alone, we will train you and help you to achieve success

Your profile :

  • Masters’ degree in Business Administration (or related) or Engineering/Natural Sciences,
  • You have 1 to 5 years of experience in a business development or account management role, preferably in the service, recruiting or consulting industries,
  • You are capable of communicating with all types of interlocutors an establishing commercial relationship,
  • You have an analytical mind and are capable of working in autonomy,
  • You have a strong commercial awareness and are ready to take on new challenges,

Languages :

  • You are fluent German and English,
  • French is a plus
