• Consultants recruitment :

You will manage the entire recruitment process with a lot of autonomy.

You will wright job offers, and will be in charge of sourcing profiles on various job boards, professional social network or candidates pools.

You will conduct interviews, realize reports, and update the internal management tool.

🔎 Day-to-day :

You will integrate the Group’s Talent Research team, and will be responsible to recruiting staff functions : Business Manager, Talent Acquisition, Human resource Business Partner, support functions….

You will be responsible for :

• Sourcing profile form jobboards, professional social networks and candidates pool
• Writing and distributing job offers
• Frist phone exchange, HR interviews, and the management of all the recruitment process, right up to the contract signature
• The guarantee of a real candidate experience throughout the process
• Ensuring a high level of service quality to your internal customers

🔎 Day-to-day :

You will integrate the Business development team, and lead by your Coach Manager, your missions will be:

• Business Development : you will contribute to the development of our Strasbourg agency. You will define your strategy, prospect, develop and retain your customer portfolio. You will meet customers and define their needs.
• Recruitment : you will source the profile from job boards and professional social networks. You will pre-qualify potential candidates and conduct interviews, negotiate contracts and build employee loyalty.

The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for the electrical hardware design and development of medical products:

• Working mainly on medical machines comprised of electrical, mechanical, electromagnetic, user interfaces and software, 
• Working on up-to-date High-safety HMIs, sensor probes and sensor interfaces, actuators,
• Responsible for designs that meet requirements and are optimized for production, reliability and cost,
• Working closely with the manufacturing team to support in addressing the manufacturing issues and offer quick solution from design perspective,
• Hardware development cycle involving concept design, system and subsystem requirements, component selection, Schematic entry and PCB layout, cable and assembly drawings, flow and timing functional diagrams,
• Working on prototype builds, analog and digital circuit analysis and troubleshooting and circuit test using laboratory equipment as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, function generators,
• Involvement in EMC testing activities and troubleshooting.
• Conducting engineering testing including test and evaluation methodologies, protocols and procedures,
• Cooperatation with Manufacturing and Test engineers.
