🔎 Day-to-day :

You will integrate the CSR team, and will be managed by Rivka. Your missions will be :

• Participate in the assessment of the annual carbon footprint
• Propose an action plan to reduce the carbon footprint and monitor progress
• Support for the implementation of the CSRD
• Take charge of actions relating to the low-carbon trajectory and monitor progress and SBTi compliance
• Participate in the Carbon Disclosure Project
• Participate in the review, implementation and updating of environmental tools

This position is available for a minimum of 12 months, under a fixed-term contract.

• Management: You will manage your teams of consultants, organize annual interviews and support them in their career development.
   
• Recruitment of consultants: Supported by our HR team, you will search for profiles on the various job boards and professional networks. You will pre-qualify potential candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate contracts and retain employees.
