Job Description

Your missions : 

You will join the EMPEX department (Employee Experience) department, and will be responsible for :

  • Managing work permits, visas and authorizations (establishing, checking and following up deadlines)
  • Management of internship confidentiality agreements and Erasmus grants
  • Creation of various amendments and modifications to employment contracts
  • Management of parental leave
  • Management of company mutual insurance plans (affiliation, modification, etc.)
  • Creation of business bank cards
  • Follow-up of various certificates (excluding payroll)
  • Follow-up of medical examinations
  • Management of employees mobility
  • Establishment work-study contracts

Other missions may also be added.

Requirements

Your profile:

  • You have a Bac+2/+3 degree, and initial experience in personnel administration.
  • You are fluent in English, (German will be a plus)
  • You have good interpersonal skills and are adaptable.
  • You are dynamic, rigorous and proactive.
