Job description : 

• Technical interface between the company and the customer for all quality aspects from project to series delivery and warranty
• Exchange, review and coordination of technical information and design data with the customer as well as internal interfaces / specialist departments
• Daily customer contact 
• Prototype coordination with the customer
• Joint planning and follow-up of tests with the customer
• Preventive quality assurance during all project start-ups
• Detection and communication of quality problems
• Support fault analysis / problem solving / action plans to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communication and reporting 
• Support at the production sites
