You are looking for a Training / Skills development position in a international environment ? 🌍
Then you've come to the right place ! 👇
🔎 Day-to-day :
You will be joining the Training Department, and will be responsable for :
- Identifying internal training needs
- Searching for competent training organizations
- Organise training sessions
- Managing cross-functional issues at the Group Level, by working with ou in-house training institute.
Other tasks may be added to this missions, in an international and multicutural environment ! (English and German needed)
Requirements
✨ Let’s talk about you :
- Recently graduated with a Bac+2 / +3 in Human Resource or equivalent, you have ideally a previous successful experience in a similar role
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a good ability to adapt
- You are dynamic, rigourous and proactive
- Your are fluent in English (B2/C1), and you have good knowledge in German. Strong basis un German are essential
