Job Description
As System Technical project manager you are leading a global big team and you are coordinating/responsible for your workpackages in your respective project, ensure product delivery in time (system) within calculated budget and ensure required quality for our client.
- Although you are responsible for most complex projects,
- You are working in front camera very close with the system project manager,
- You are defining workpackages and coordinating those in close collaboration with other departments and ensure required delivery of technical product in time,
- You are actively involved in developing strategies and process improvement to evolve technical product,
- You are the technical core team lead to develop the product,
- You are coordinating between project, involved employees and line management,
- You are defining/planing standards for tools, needed equipment, budget and time plan which will result in project plan.
Requirements
- Degree/MSEE BSEE in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Technology, Mechatronics or Equivalent
- Automotive experience in advanced driving assistance system (ADAS), deep knowledge / experience in embedded systems with Autosar architecture
- You are the leader and experienced in technical project management
- You know how to motivate and to convince your team
- Your are solution oriented
- Your very skilled communication capabilities shall be effective in negotiations
- ASPICE methodology is very well known to you and was already applied in your projects before
- Very good English skills based with German mother tongue
