🔎 Day-to-day :
You will integrate the Business development team, and lead by your Coach Manager, your missions will be:
- Business Development : you will contribute to the development of our Strasbourg agency. You will define your strategy, prospect, develop and retain your customer portfolio. You will meet customers and define their needs.
- Recruitment : you will source the profile from job boards and professional social networks. You will pre-qualify potential candidates and conduct interviews, negotiate contracts and build employee loyalty.
Requirements
✨Let’s talk about you:
- Future graduate in Business development or equivalent, you’re looking for an end-of-studies internship in Business development for 6 months
- You have ideally an initial experience in a similar position
- Entrepreneur at heart, you are dynamic, proactive and results-oriented
