🔎 Day-to-day :
You will integrate the team based in Stuttgart and your missions will be :
- Business Development : You will contribute to the development of the Strasbourg branch in Germany. You will define your sales strategy, prospect, develop and retain your customer portfolio. You will meet customers and define their needs.
- Recruitment of consultants : Supported by our HR team, you will search for profiles on the various job boards and professional networks. You will pre-qualify potential candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate contracts and retain employees.
- Management : You will manage your teams of consultants, organize annual interviews and support them in their career development.
Requirements
✨ Let’s talk about you:
- You are a graduate of a Business School or a Master in Sales or Sales Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Developer or similar position
- An entrepreneur at heart, you have ideally a previous experience in a similar position
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a tenacity that will enable you to successfully complete your assignments and work in a team.
- You are fluent in English (Level C1)
