🔎 Day-to-day :

You will integrate the Group’s Talent Research team, and will be responsible to recruiting staff functions : Business Manager, Talent Acquisition, Human resource Business Partner, support functions….

You will be responsible for :

  • Sourcing profile form jobboards, professional social networks and candidates pool
  • Writing and distributing job offers
  • Frist phone exchange, HR interviews, and the management of all the recruitment process, right up to the contract signature
  • The guarantee of a real candidate experience throughout the process
  • Ensuring a high level of service quality to your internal customers

Your role is essential : to detect the potential of our candidates and offer them the right role to match their aspirations and talents!

Requirements

Let’s talk about you :

  • Graduated form an HR degree or equivalent, ideally you have a first successful experience of 2 or 3 years in a similar position, in a consulting society
  • You have a strong ability to adapt
  • You are Excellence-oriented : every recruitment process must meet your high standards
  • You are proactive
  • You have a strong capacity for conviction : when you believe in a candidate, you accompany him/her towards success
  • You speak English fluently (B2)
  • German is a plus
