Job Description
🔎 Day-to-day :
You will integrate the HR recruitment team based on our Boulogne Billancourt Agency, under the supervision of Anne Sophie.
You will be responsible for :
- Consultants recruitment :
You will manage the entire recruitment process with a lot of autonomy.
You will wright job offers, and will be in charge of sourcing profiles on various job boards, professional social network or candidates pools.
You will conduct interviews, realize reports, and update the internal management tool.
You will be in charge of reports and actions plans, from onboarding to exit.
Requirements
✨ Let’s talk about you :
- Recently graduated form an HR degree or equivalent, ideally you have a first successful experience in a similar position, in a consulting society
- You have a real sense of team work and are passionate about new technologies and technical professions
- Rigorous, organized and dynamic, you have a good capacity of synthesis and analysis
- You know how to work with different people at the same time and are tenacious
- You speak English fluently (B2)
