🔎 Day-to-day :

You will be part of the German HR team and will have the following responsibilities :

  • Recruitment strategy: responsible for multiple active digital and engineering positions, consistent prioritisation and end-to-end management of candidate pipelines (sourcing, itw coordination, recruitment and offer management).
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates for current and future technical positions on in-house projects or directly with our clients.
  • Talent sourcing: Identifying and utilising various channels for talent sourcing, e.g. job boards, social media, employee referrals, partnerships and employer branding initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business managers and key (cross-functional) decision influencers.
  • Management of candidate sourcing for all our locations in Germany (BW, BY, NRW,...).
  • Participate in key initiatives and projects with local teams and other recruiting teams that will continually improve and increase our recruiting activities and results.

  • You have a degree from a business school or university (HR or comparable) and have successful experience, ideally in a consulting firm.
  • You enjoy your work, are motivated for HR projects, a team player and a good communicator.
  • You are proactive and dynamic by nature and enthusiastic about new technologies as well as technical professions.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
